Taco Soup

This is what you will need:



1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 garlic clove, chopped (optional)
2- 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1- 10 oz. can of corn
1- 10 oz. can diced tomatoes w/jalapeno chilies
1- 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 cups tomato juice
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope mild taco seasoning mix
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream
tortilla chips

Step 1:


Onion and Garlic are optional.


Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in skillet, drain. 

Step 2:


Combine ground beef mixture with rest of ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. Cook on high for 8 hours or longer. 

Step 3:


Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.
