Creamy Italian Crock-pot Chicken

1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1-1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1/4 cup water

1. Place chicken in crock-pot.
2. Mix water and seasoning, pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours.
4. Add cream cheese and shred chicken.
5. Serve over noodles or rice.
